The word ampoule essentially means the tiny glass vial that is used for packaging the skincare formulation. The Martiderm Night Renew Ampoules each contain 2ml of product in a tinted glass vial. Since the product inside is rich in actives that tend to oxidise when exposed to light and air, the tinted glass and individual vials prevent the product from being exposed to the environment. This makes sure that the ingredients of the formula do not oxidise and maintain their high efficacy. Martiderm has a number of formulations that are packaged in these smart ampoules.

How To Use the Martiderm Ampoules
The method of using the Martiderm Night Renew Ampoules is quite interesting. Each ampoule comes with a plastic dropper that fits on top of the glass body of the ampoule. You need to secure the dropper around the neck of the ampoule to break off the head of the vial. Once you remove the head of the vial you can push the dropper along the body of the ampoule as you can see in the image above. Now you can use the dropper to dispense the product from the vial. The packaging comes with a clear set of instructions and drawings to help you do this correctly.
I am not entirely sure whether each vial is meant for one-time use only, but I found the product quantity enough to use for 3-4 days. During this time, I stored the vial in an upright position in a cool and dark area.
My Experience with the Martiderm Night Renew Ampoules
The Martiderm Night Renew Ampoules contain a watery serum that is packed with AHAs and has a refreshing citrus scent. Since the formula is very watery, it gets absorbed into the skin within seconds and leaves it completely matte. I can feel my pores instantly tighten every time I apply this product. It does not really hydrate the skin so you will have to layer a moisturizer on top of it. While I have only used it for slightly over a week, I can definitely notice a glow on my skin thanks to the exfoliants present in the formula. I am sure that with regular use for a month, this product can help with pigmentation and can also improve the firmness of the skin.
My Verdict on the Martiderm Night Renew Ampoules
Overall, I feel that the Martiderm Night Renew Smart Ampoules have a clever packaging and a great formula packed with actives. Those who are looking for a potent brightening and firming serum can definitely invest in a 30 ampoule pack.
