Hi guys,
In this post, I will be reviewing a skincare product from Innisfree. I bought this moisturizer from Innisfree after using its sample in the humid and hot weather in Andaman. It was the only product that worked for my oily skin there. To know more about this product and how it fared for me, keep on reading.
Price: INR 1300 for 50 ml. Product Description: Oily Type: A fresh cream for deep hydration and nourishment made from green tea and green tea seeds. A moisturizing and nourishing essence with eco-friendly Jeju fresh green tea & green tea seeds More moisturizing and refreshing than ever before! 1. Rich in amino acids and minerals, green tea from Jeju’s own green tea leaves keeps your skin moisturized. 2. The clove flower extract inside controls sebum and keeps your skin smooth without excessive shine.

How To Use: Put a small amount of cream into your hand and apply it around your face and neck.
My Experience with Innisfree Green Tea Fresh Cream:
The moisturizers from Innisfree all have similar packaging, all of them come in the same tub; only the lotions come packed in bottle. This one comes in a lime green body with a dark green cap, just like other products from the “Green Tea” line of products. Tub packaging is not hygienic; moreover, it does not come with a spatula. The brand has mentioned the ingredients and directions for usage at the back of the tub. The outer cardboard packaging has information like price and ingredients as well as some facts on green tea.
The texture of this cream is a lot like aloe vera, except that it is not watery. It is a thick, transparent gel. It is very smooth and soothing. I was looking for a light moisturizer for the day that would not weigh my skin down, and I instantly thought of this one. I used this in Andaman, and my skin thanked me for it! I didn’t experience any oiliness or greasiness. At the same time, it does not dry out my skin.
Coming to the application of this product, I like using this in my morning skincare routine. I use it at the moisturizing step of CTM routine, after which I follow it up with sunscreen. It instantly hydrates and plumps my face. It takes away any greasy texture from products that have been applied before. I think this is a great cream for applying before makeup as well. It helps to keep oiliness at bay. Overall, this has been a satisfactory purchase.
Pros of Innisfree Green Tea Fresh Cream:
- Perfect for summer/monsoon season.
- Keeps oiliness at bay.
- Does not dry the skin.
- Hydrates and plumps.
- Lightweight, gel texture.
- Soothing.
Cons of Innisfree Green Tea Fresh Cream:
- Tub packaging is not hygienic.

IMBB Rating: 4.5/5 Would I Recommend/Repurchase Innisfree Green Tea Fresh Cream? I would definitely repurchase this as summer is approaching. I would recommend it to people with oily or combination skin.
